No hint of rose in the attar

I had purchased a rose attar previously from NEEV which i loved and for which I bought a replacement. However, the new product that I received smelt totally different and had no notes of rose in the attar at all. It is also not long-lasting and has left me very disappointed. This feels like a waste of money and the time I spent eagerly waiting for the attar to arrive.
