I am a die-hard fan of Neev products and truly appreciate the consistent quality you deliver. While I understand that Neev aims to keep its product pricing competitive, it is important that the packaging remains durable enough to last until the product is fully used. Unfortunately, the back seal of this package opened after just the third use, which affected the overall experience.
The scrub was manufactured in March 2024 and had a bit of a bad smell...wrote to your email but no response...can you pl replace with one from a new batch?
When i used it for the first time, My face scrub leaked from the top i.e. crimp. It is now leaking
The Massor dal in it is creating a very bad odour.
